When Mom asked me to photograph Michaela’s newborn session I asked her what she had in mind for outfits. With this being Mom’s second child she couldn’t believe she hadn’t even thought about it. With Michaela’s sister she had everything planned out months in advance. I’m sure many moms out there can understand where her mommy brain was.
Lucky for Mom I love shopping on Etsy for anything newborn. A gold ruffled diaper cover stole my heart. I tried so many different ways to find something else. I really did try. I messaged my outfit idea to mom. I waited, expecting her to find it to be too much…. and then mom responded. She loved it! Here are links to the head band and diaper cover.
Mom did some last minute shopping of her own. She came to the session with this amazing open back lace once with a delicate pearl headband. I swooned. The best part is we had absolutely no accidents while being without her diaper.
